Ja. Geef aan dat de box defect is en beschrijf eventueel wat er mis is. We beoordelen daarna of hergebruik van onderdelen of recycling mogelijk is.

Is iedere box geschikt voor inname?

We bekijken iedere aanmelding afzonderlijk. Het merk, type en de staat bepalen welke mogelijkheden er zijn. Wacht daarom op onze bevestiging voordat u iets opstuurt.

Wie betaalt de verzendkosten en krijg ik een vergoeding?

Ventilatie Service Center betaalt altijd de verzendkosten. Voor producten die nog goed bruikbaar zijn, bieden we een hogere vergoeding. De hoogte van de vergoeding hangt af van het merk, type, de staat en de bruikbaarheid. We bevestigen het bedrag en de verzendinstructies na beoordeling van uw aanmelding.

Waar moet ik de ventilatiebox naartoe sturen?

Na beoordeling ontvangt u het juiste verzendadres en de verpakkingsinstructies. Gebruik hiervoor niet ons algemene postadres.

Zehnder ventilation unit not extracting properly

Is your Zehnder ventilation unit or HRV unit not extracting air properly? Does moisture linger, do odors dissipate less quickly, or do you notice little air movement? The cause could be contamination, wear and tear, a motor problem, or a control malfunction.

What do you notice?

  • There is little extraction in the bathroom, kitchen, or toilet.
  • Moisture remains longer after showering.
  • Odors dissipate less quickly from the home.
  • The motor may be running but seems to have little power.

Possible causes

  • Contamination in valves, filters, ducts, or ventilation unit.
  • Wear and tear on motor, bearings, or rotating parts.
  • Problem with selector switch, control, or actuation.
  • Reduced performance due to aging of the motor.

What can you check yourself?

First, check if valves and filters are clean and if the ventilation unit responds to different settings. Also pay attention to noise or vibrations. A motor that runs but moves little air may be dirty or show wear. Always disconnect the power before opening the unit.
