Vervangt u uw ventilatiebox? Gooi de oude box niet zomaar weg. Meld deze aan bij Ventilatie Service Center. We bekijken graag welke onderdelen geschikt zijn voor hergebruik en welke materialen kunnen worden gerecycled.

Kan ik ook een defecte ventilatiebox aanmelden?

Ja. Geef aan dat de box defect is en beschrijf eventueel wat er mis is. We beoordelen daarna of hergebruik van onderdelen of recycling mogelijk is.

Is iedere box geschikt voor inname?

We bekijken iedere aanmelding afzonderlijk. Het merk, type en de staat bepalen welke mogelijkheden er zijn. Wacht daarom op onze bevestiging voordat u iets opstuurt.

Wie betaalt de verzendkosten en krijg ik een vergoeding?

Ventilatie Service Center betaalt altijd de verzendkosten. Voor producten die nog goed bruikbaar zijn, bieden we een hogere vergoeding. De hoogte van de vergoeding hangt af van het merk, type, de staat en de bruikbaarheid. We bevestigen het bedrag en de verzendinstructies na beoordeling van uw aanmelding.

Waar moet ik de ventilatiebox naartoe sturen?

Na beoordeling ontvangt u het juiste verzendadres en de verpakkingsinstructies. Gebruik hiervoor niet ons algemene postadres.

Is your Zehnder ventilation unit, HRU, or ventilation motor making more noise than usual? A humming, grinding, rattling, or whirring sound often indicates wear, fouling, imbalance, or a motor that is no longer running smoothly.

  • You hear a humming, grinding, rattling, or whirring sound.
  • The sound gets louder at a higher ventilation setting.
  • The unit vibrates or resonates through walls, ceilings, floors, or ducts.

Possible causes

  • Worn bearings or rotating parts.
  • Dirt, dust, or imbalance in the fan.
  • Wear on the motor, rubbers, or mounting points.
  • Age of the ventilation motor or control system.

What can you safely check yourself?

Listen carefully to the type of sound. A grinding or whirring sound often indicates bearings, while humming or vibrating can also be caused by imbalance, fouling, or resonance. Always switch off the unit before opening or inspecting it.

When is an overhaul possible?

An overhaul is often worthwhile when the noise is caused by wear to bearings, motor components, or rotating parts. Many Zehnder motors can be overhauled, meaning replacement is not always necessary.
