Payment is as follows: you pay the revision costs of the item + return shipping costs €7.26
You are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping the motor to us.
Once you have made the payment, including return shipping costs, you can send the motor (plate). After payment, we will provide you with the shipping address. After repair, we will return the motor to you, which will take approximately 1 to 2 business days. You must send the complete motor plate, including the motor, circuit board, top cover, and power cord. For a WTW (heat recovery unit), you can send only the motor. Don't forget to include your order number and email address in the box so we know whose ventilation unit it is.
So you don't need to send the entire ventilation unit; just the motor plate is enough, which you can easily unclip from the housing.
You must properly package your motor plate yourself (shipping risk is at your own expense).
If we cannot repair the ventilation unit or if the costs are too high, we will always contact you first. Inspection is free of charge, so there are no additional research costs.
PACKING TIPS
Packages are often handled roughly during shipping. Therefore, it is important to pack everything well.
Make sure the motor plate is packed firmly and stably so that it cannot move in the box. The impeller is balanced and very fragile, so it is essential to be extra careful.
Use a sturdy box and, if necessary, fill it with towels, bubble wrap, cushions, or other materials to protect everything well.
