Send in for overhaul
Is your ventilation motor making a lot of noise?
We can overhaul your ventilation motor or motor plate. You send the part to us, we carry out the repair and then return the motor.
How does it work?
You pay the overhaul costs of the item plus the return shipping costs of €7.26. You arrange and pay for sending the motor or motor plate to us yourself.
After payment, you will receive information from us on where to send the part. After repair, we will return the motor. This usually takes about 1 to 2 business days.
What should you send?
Send the complete motor plate, including motor, circuit board, top cover, and power cord. For an HRV unit, you may only send the motor.
You do not need to send the entire ventilation box. Only the motor plate is sufficient; you can unclip it from the housing.
Important when sending in
Always include your order number and email address in the box. This way we know whose ventilation motor it is and can process the repair correctly.
Packaging and shipping
You are responsible for properly packaging the motor plate. The risk of shipping lies with you. Therefore, ensure that the part is securely and stably packed in the box.
If repair is not possible
If we cannot repair the ventilation box or if the costs become too high? Then we will always contact you first. The inspection is free of charge; no extra investigation costs are charged.
Packaging tips
When shipping packages, they are often handled roughly. Therefore, use a sturdy box and fill it well with, for example, bubble wrap, towels, cushions, or other protective material.
Pay special attention to the impeller. This part is balanced and fragile. Ensure that the motor plate cannot move in the box.
