New products
All our new products come with a standard warranty of 2 years.
Refurbished products (complete units from stock)
Our refurbished products are thoroughly inspected, tested, and, if necessary, repaired according to high quality standards. We offer a 2-year warranty on these.
Refurbished products from customers (refurbishment of submitted units)
For products submitted by customers for refurbishment, the following conditions apply:

Standard refurbishment: 1-year warranty

Premium refurbishment: 2-year warranty
Manufacturer's warranty
Many new products also come with an additional manufacturer's warranty. The duration and conditions of this vary per manufacturer. Please consult the product documentation or contact us for more information.
