Warranty on overhaul
During an overhaul, parts are inspected and replaced where necessary. Should a problem arise within the warranty period that is covered by the warranty, we will work together to find a suitable solution.
Warranty on products
Products and parts are covered by warranty according to the conditions associated with the respective product or order. Therefore, always check carefully which warranty applies.
Do you have a problem with your order?
Contact us with your order number, a clear description of the problem, and possibly photos or videos. This way, we can assess what's wrong more quickly.
What usually isn't covered by warranty?
Damage due to improper use, incorrect installation, contamination, moisture, external damage, or modifications by third parties is usually not covered by warranty. Normal wear and tear or problems unrelated to the overhauled part may also fall outside the warranty.
