Can i cancel my order?

We completely understand that you want to cancel, we sometimes change your mind!

Once the order has been placed, you can still cancel it, but you must be quick before it is sent in the mail.

If you do not like the items, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, so make sure you exchange them before then for another product or return them for a refund. Shipping costs are for the buyer.

How can I contact you?

Please contact us if you have any questions, comments or feedback. We can only be reached via WhatsApp (033-2022039) and email (info@ventilatieservicecenter.nl). You always get a quick answer. Email often within 1 hour and even faster on WhatsApp.

We are difficult to reach by telephone. Due to repair and overhaul work in the workshop, we are often unable to answer the telephone.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries possible. You can currently only order from the website in the Netherlands.

If you have any questions about shipping to another destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery in the Netherlands

Most items are shipped within 1 - 2 working days, this of course applies to new items that are in stock.

This does not apply to reconditioned products, which are reconditioned on request and are usually shipped after 2 - 3 working days. In reality it is often faster, but it depends a bit on how busy we are.

You can have your order delivered to your home or work address. The order will be delivered by DHL. DHL will notify you via email

Deliveries abroad are no problem. If you send us an email stating what you want to order and where it should go, we will give you a quote.

Because our items/products are usually of a reasonable size, most packages are transported by truck, so someone must be present at all times, either yourself or someone in the area where the package can be delivered.

We always indicate by email the day and time the package will be delivered so that you can respond and ensure that someone is present.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

You can exchange or return items within 14 days of receipt provided they are still in the original, undamaged packaging with all accessories. Not used and/or connected. Electronics (e.g. printed circuit boards) products that are plugged in and out of packaging
cannot be returned.


Shipping costs are for the customer

NB!!

Products that are specially ordered for you are not in stock and are therefore made to order and/or ordered from the supplier (for example design products, products sprayed in color, etc.). The right to return this product therefore expires on these orders. These orders cannot be exchanged, returned or canceled. The warranty on these products will of course continue to exist.


These products often have a delivery time. You can inquire with us about the delivery time. If you send us an email , we can find out from the manufacturer what the approximate delivery time will be.


You can return a product by completing the returns form and sending it to us. You will then receive further instructions by email from us.


The procedure is as follows:

  • ventilationservicecenter.nl will notify you by email on the day of receipt that they have received the product.
  • ventilationservicecenter.nl will also assess the item to determine whether the item is undamaged and whether it will be returned.
  • If the product is assessed as undamaged, the purchase amount will be credited to you within 2 working days.
  • If the product is assessed as damaged, Ventilatie Service Center will notify you by e-mail and you must have the product collected from us within 10 working days. If a product has not been collected within 10 working days, Ventilatie Service Center may decide what happens to this item.


Defective upon receipt


If your items ordered online from Ventilation Service Center are damaged upon receipt, you must immediately send an e-mail to info@ventilatieservicecenter.nl the same day, stating your name, order number and your account number. You will then receive further instructions by e-mail. mail. If you can send a digital photo of the damaged item, that would be great for us to handle the matter further.

Wrong product delivered

If you receive a different product than the one you ordered online at Ventilation Service Center, you must immediately send an e-mail to info@ventilatieservicecenter.nl the same day, stating your name, order number and your account number, you will receive then further instructions by email.

How long will it take before I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the item(s).
