You are responsible for arranging and paying for the shipment of the motor to us.
Once you have made the payment, including return shipping costs, you can send the motor (plate). After payment, we will provide you with the information on where to send it. After repair, we will send the motor back to you; this will take approximately 1 to 2 working days. You must send the complete motor plate, including the motor, circuit board, top cover (for circuit board protection), and power cord. For a heat recovery unit (WTW), only the motor is sufficient to send. Don't forget to include your order number and email address in the box so we know whose ventilation unit it is.
Therefore, you do not need to send the entire ventilation unit; only the motor plate is sufficient, which you can easily unclip from the housing.
