Repairing the motor of a ventilation box, “How does that work”?

Payment is as follows: you pay €60,- revision costs + return shipping costs €7.26 = €67.26

You must arrange and pay for sending the motorcycle to us yourself.

If you have made the payment including return shipping costs, you can send the motor (plate). After payment, you will receive information from us where you can send it. After repair, we will send you the motor back, which will take approximately 1 to 2 working days. You must send the complete motor plate including motor, print, top cover and power cord. In the case of a WTW, sending the motor is sufficient. Do not forget to put your order number and email address in the box so that we know who the ventilation box belongs to.

So you don't have to send the entire ventilation box, just the motor plate is enough, you can simply click it out of the house.

You must properly pack your motorcycle plate yourself (the risk of shipping is for you)

If we cannot repair the ventilation box or the costs are too high, we will always contact you first. The inspection is free of charge, so no additional research costs.

PACKAGING TIPS

The post office often handles packages roughly, so it is important to pack everything properly.

Attention!!! when packing that the motor plate is well fixed in a box, it may not move in the box. The impeller is balanced and vulnerable.

Use a sturdy box. If necessary, use some towels, bubble wrap, pillows etc... to pack everything well. Also put a note in the box with your details.
