
Insured Shipping
When checking out your order, you can choose insured shipping. This means your shipment is:

Fully protected against damage, loss, or theft during transit.

Offers a 100% payment guarantee; you are assured of a refund if something unexpectedly goes wrong with the delivery.

Only applicable to packages we ship to you (returns from your end are not covered).
You will pay a small surcharge on top of the normal shipping costs for this. You can activate the insured shipping option during the payment process.
Delivery within the Netherlands

New items
Orders for new items that are in stock are usually shipped within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email after shipment. -
Refurbished products
Refurbished products have a delivery time of 2–3 working days, as they are prepared on request. In most cases, this is faster, depending on how busy we are. -
Delivery and tracking
Your order will be delivered by DHL. DHL will keep you informed of the delivery time via email. On the track-and-trace page, you can view the delivery date, time window, and location, and adjust them if desired:-

View your shipment and directly change your delivery time or address: www.dhlecommerce.nl/nl/consument/track-en-trace.
For example, you can choose a different delivery time, a different address, or delivery to a DHL ServicePoint. If you are not home and do not make a change, the package will automatically be delivered to the nearest ServicePoint.

Different rates apply for deliveries to the Wadden Islands; prices are available upon request.
Delivery abroad
Delivery outside the Netherlands is no problem at all. Send us an email with the desired products and delivery address, and we will send you a quote and an estimated shipping time.
Delivery
Our items are often of a reasonable size and are usually delivered by truck. It is therefore important that someone is present at the delivery address (yourself or a neighbour/person who can receive the package).
We will inform you by email on which day and within what time frame the delivery will take place, so you can ensure someone is present to receive the package.
