Brink ventilation motor overhaul
Is your Brink WTW unit noisy, does a ventilation motor hum, or does it no longer run smoothly? Then repair or overhaul of the motor can be an alternative to replacing the complete WTW unit.

When to have an overhaul assessed?
- The motor hums, grinds, or whines.
- The fan rotates heavily or irregularly.
- The motor does not start or frequently shuts down.
- There are clear vibrations or bearing noises.

- Brink Renovent Excellent.
- Brink Renovent Sky.
- Brink Air 70 and older Renovent systems.
What is checked?
The possibilities depend on the motor type and the damage. Bearings, rotary parts, fan wheel, electronics, and mechanical wear can be assessed, among other things.

Send photos of the nameplate, the complete HRV unit, and the motor. Also mention what sound or malfunction you are experiencing.

In case of damage to electronics, windings, housing, or unavailable parts, replacement may be necessary. We therefore assess each motor and request individually.
