Vasco ventilation unit no longer running

Is your Vasco ventilation unit, HRV unit or ventilation motor completely stopped? Then the cause may lie with the motor, bearings, capacitor, circuit board or power supply. In many cases, repair or overhaul is still possible.

What can you check yourself?

First, check if the ventilation unit is getting power and if the controls are working. Listen to hear if the motor remains completely silent, hums, or tries to start. Always disconnect the ventilation unit from power before opening or inspecting it.

Can the motor still be repaired?
