When is overhaul worthwhile?

  • The motor is noisy, hums or vibrates.
  • The motor runs heavily or does not start properly.
  • The extraction has decreased.
  • The bearings or rotating parts are worn.

For which Stork Air systems?

  • Mechanical ventilation units such as CML, CMLe, CMF and CMFe.
  • HRV units such as WTW 10, WTW 11, WHR 90 and WHR 91.
  • Roof and duct fans such as CDA, DAM, DAP, RAD and VDA.
  • Older models can often also be assessed.

What does an overhaul involve?

During an overhaul, the motor is inspected and worn parts are replaced where necessary. This includes bearings, rotating parts or components that cause noise, vibrations or heavy running. This way, your existing Stork Air system can often function more reliably again.

Overhaul or replacement?

Replacement is not always necessary. Many Stork Air systems are solidly built and can still be technically restored. When mainly the motor or bearings show wear, an overhaul is often a practical and sustainable choice.
