PACKING TIPS

The postal service often handles the packages roughly, so it is important to package everything well.

NB!!! When packaging, ensure that the motor plate is firmly secured in a box and must not move in the box. The paddle wheel is
balanced and vulnerable.

Use a sturdy box. If necessary, use some towels, bubble wrap, pillow, etc... to wrap everything properly. Also put a note in the box with your details.

Delivery and shipping

Insured Shipping

When checking out your order, you can choose insured shipping. This means your shipment is:

Fully protected against damage, loss, or theft during transit.
Offers a 100% payment guarantee; you are assured of a refund if something unexpectedly goes wrong with the delivery.

Delivery within the Netherlands

New items

Refurbished products have a delivery time of 2–3 working days, as they are prepared on request. In most cases, this is faster, depending on how busy we are.

The ComfoFan S is the quietest and most energy-efficient domestic fan of its kind. Truly a 100% silent powerhouse! These ultimate performances result from several modifications. One of the most important changes is a new motor-impeller combination.

Replacing one of its predecessors with the ComfoFan S? No problem at all. All domestic fans from the CML and CMF series can be replaced one-to-one because the air connections are in the same place. We also make it easy for you concerning controls and sensors.

The ComfoFan S is available in multiple versions. With either a Perilex or Schuko plug, with or without a built-in radio receiver. Suitable for CO2 or (not yet). The versions can be easily adapted afterwards.

Klantvriendelijkheid ver te zoeken

Gereviseerde ventillatiebox besteld. Netjes geleverd. Doet het goed.
Op app contact voor de aankoop volgde een klantonvriendelijke ( ronduit onbeschofte) reactie.
Voorstel voor opsturen oude ventillatiebox gaat nergens over en op tegenvoorstel wordt niet gereageerd.

Bedankt voor uw bestelling en voor uw feedback. Fijn om te horen dat de levering netjes is verlopen en dat de gereviseerde ventilatiebox goed functioneert.We vinden het jammer dat u ons contact via de app als onvriendelijk heeft ervaren. Wat betreft het opsturen van de oude ventilatiebox: Wij vragen dit omdat we onderdelen hergebruiken en zo verspilling tegengaan. De verzendkosten worden door ons vergoed. De gereviseerde boxen worden gerecycled ten behoeve van kinderziekenhuizen in Nederland, en de opbrengst gaat volledig naar deze instellingen. We begrijpen dat de vergoeding misschien bescheiden lijkt, maar op deze manier kunnen we samen toch iets moois bijdragen.
