PACKING TIPS

The postal service often handles the packages roughly, so it is important to package everything well.

NB!!! When packaging, ensure that the motor plate is firmly secured in a box and must not move in the box. The paddle wheel is
balanced and vulnerable.

Use a sturdy box. If necessary, use some towels, bubble wrap, pillow, etc... to wrap everything properly. Also put a note in the box with your details.

Insured Shipping

When checking out your order, you can choose insured shipping. This means your shipment is:

Fully protected against damage, loss, or theft during transit.
Offers a 100% payment guarantee; you are assured of a refund if something unexpectedly goes wrong with the delivery.

Delivery within the Netherlands

New items
Orders for new items that are in stock are usually shipped within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email after shipment.
Refurbished products
Refurbished products have a delivery time of 2–3 working days, as they are prepared on request. In most cases, this is faster, depending on how busy we are.
Delivery and tracking
Your order will be delivered by DHL. DHL will keep you informed of the delivery time via email. On the track-and-trace page, you can view the delivery date, time window, and location, and adjust them if desired:

Delivery outside the Netherlands is no problem at all. Send us an email with the desired products and delivery address, and we will send you a quote and an estimated shipping time.

PLEASE NOTE!!! If ordering a Euro plug, the ventilation box cannot be switched, so it will remain on one setting, the medium setting.

With a Perilex plug, the wired three-position switch can be used as normal.

What does refurbished mean?

Inspection and assessment of the ventilation motor (including checking for imbalance)
Disassembly of the motor and removal of old ball bearings
Ultrasonic cleaning of parts (if necessary)
Installation of two new high-quality ball bearings
Balancing and alignment of the motor
Test run of the motor for one day

The fan consists of a fan housing in which a volute is incorporated. The fan has three connection options (for a ø125mm pipe) on the suction side.

Inside the fan housing, the fan section is mounted, which includes the motor/impeller combination, the capacitor block (for CML), and the control board (for CMLe) and the type plate.
