Tips for packaging when sending

PACKING TIPS

The postal service often handles the packages roughly, so it is important to package everything well.

NB!!! When packaging, ensure that the motor plate is firmly secured in a box and must not move in the box. The paddle wheel is
balanced and vulnerable.

Use a sturdy box. If necessary, use some towels, bubble wrap, pillow, etc... to wrap everything properly. Also put a note in the box with your details.

Delivery and shipping

Delivery in the Netherlands

Most items are shipped within 1 - 2 business days, this of course applies to new items that are in stock. This does not apply to refurbished products, these are refurbished on request and are usually shipped after 2 - 3 business days. In reality, it is often faster, but it depends a bit on how busy we are. You can have your order delivered to your home or work address. The order will be delivered by DHL. You can choose a different time or location or have the package delivered to your neighbors. If you do not make any changes online, the package will be delivered to your nearest DHL ServicePoint if you are not at home. For deliveries to the Wadden Islands, the costs are on request.

Deliveries abroad are no problem. Send us an email with what you want to order and where it should go and we will give you a quote.

Refurbished Stork CMF residential ventilator.

Available with a perilex (5-pin) or euro (standard) plug

PLEASE NOTE!!! When ordering a Euro plug, the ventilation box cannot be switched, so it will be on 1 position, the middle position

With a Perilex plug you can simply use the wired three-position switch.

What does reconditioned mean?

We put in new improved bearings that are quieter than the original ones and are also moisture-proof and dust-proof so that the lubricant stays well in the ball bearings. Compared to the original bearings, our bearings are much better. The engine can last for years and is also quieter than when it was new.

Revision includes:

Cleaning, checking and assessing the printed circuit board and ventilation motor
Opening the fan motor and removing the motor bearings (ball bearings)
Installing 2 new motor bearings (ball bearings)
Balancing the engine fan
Testing the ventilation motor

Includes 1 year warranty on motor bearings

Gereviseerde ventilatie box

De geleverde box had al een gevorderde leeftijd. Dat is niet erg, maar geen plusje. Schoon was hij. Of en in hoeverre hij gereviseerd is, is moeilijk vast te stellen. De geleverde box is door een zekere onbalans lang niet geruisloos. Daar kom je natuurlijk pas achter als hij gemonteerd is. Toch wat minder.
Wat verder een kans zou zijn, is het als retour terugsturen van de oude box. Die kan dan weer gereviseerd worden enz.

Het spijt ons te horen dat de gereviseerde ventilatiebox niet geheel naar verwachting was, met name wat betreft de balans en geluidsproductie. De Stork CMF is een oud model ventilatiebox en maken meer geluid dan de nieuwere modellen. Als je deze zou vervangen voor een Zehnder Comfofan wat je 1 op 1 kunt uitwisselen dan zal de geluidsproductie een stuk minder zijn.
