Tips for packaging when sending

PACKING TIPS

The postal service often handles the packages roughly, so it is important to package everything well.

NB!!! When packaging, ensure that the motor plate is firmly secured in a box and must not move in the box. The paddle wheel is
balanced and vulnerable.

Use a sturdy box. If necessary, use some towels, bubble wrap, pillow, etc... to wrap everything properly. Also put a note in the box with your details.

Delivery and shipping

Delivery in the Netherlands

Most items are shipped within 1 - 2 business days, this of course applies to new items that are in stock. This does not apply to refurbished products, these are refurbished on request and are usually shipped after 2 - 3 business days. In reality, it is often faster, but it depends a bit on how busy we are. You can have your order delivered to your home or work address. The order will be delivered by DHL. In addition, from that moment on you have the option to change your delivery time directly online https://www.dhlecommerce.nl/nl/consument/track-en-trace . You can choose a different time or location or have the package delivered to your neighbors. If you do not make any changes online, the package will be delivered to your nearest DHL ServicePoint if you are not at home. For deliveries to the Wadden Islands, the costs are on request.

Deliveries abroad

Deliveries abroad are no problem. Send us an email with what you want to order and where it should go and we will give you a quote.

Refurbished Itho Daalderop residential fan with perilex plug or standard Euro plug

Please note!!! when connecting a Euro plug, the box runs on 1 position, the middle position is not adjustable, the box can only be operated in 3 positions with a wireless printed circuit board and wireless transmitter (these are not included).

When connecting with a 5-pin perilex plug, you can use the wired three-position switch

The box can be made wireless by means of a print.

NOTE!!!! You have 2 different types of Ecofan2. You have to pay close attention to this

Type 1 this is an open printed circuit board

Type 2 this is in a blue box

When ordering, you can indicate in the comments which type you want, in order to transfer any existing wireless printed circuit board.

What does reconditioned mean?

We put in new improved bearings that are quieter than the original ones and are also moisture-proof and dust-proof so that the lubricant stays well in the ball bearings. Compared to the original bearings, our bearings are much better. The engine can last for years and is also quieter than when it was new.

Revision includes:

Cleaning, checking and assessing the printed circuit board and ventilation motor
Opening the fan motor and removing the motor bearings (ball bearings)
Installing 2 new motor bearings (ball bearings)
Balancing the engine fan
Testing the ventilation motor

Includes 1 year warranty on motor bearings
