PACKING TIPS

The postal service often handles the packages roughly, so it is important to package everything well.

NB!!! When packaging, ensure that the motor plate is firmly secured in a box and must not move in the box. The paddle wheel is
balanced and vulnerable.

Use a sturdy box. If necessary, use some towels, bubble wrap, pillow, etc... to wrap everything properly. Also put a note in the box with your details.

Delivery in the Netherlands

Most items are shipped within 1 - 2 business days, this of course applies to new items that are in stock. This does not apply to refurbished products, these are refurbished on request and are usually shipped after 2 - 3 business days. In reality, it is often faster, but it depends a bit on how busy we are. You can have your order delivered to your home or work address. The order will be delivered by DHL. Deliveries abroad are no problem. Send us an email with what you want to order and where it should go and we will give you a quote.

PLEASE NOTE!! If you order this motor plate as an upgrade for the old model, you have an old motor plate type 1 from (Stork or Buva), then you must order a cord with it because the old cord does not fit on this motor plate.

Replacement energy efficient DC motor plate.

Can also be used in any other CMF and Boxstream housing, making it a very energy-efficient replacement for your old AC motor.

How does it work?

Order: Place an order for the new engine plate, which we will then deliver to your home.
Contact: Send a WhatsApp message to 0332022039 or an email to info @ventilatieservicecenter.nl with a description of the motor plate you want to hand in. Based on this we will make you a suitable offer.
Return: Send the old engine plate to us, and include a note with your contact details.
Payment: As soon as we receive the motorcycle plate, we will deposit the agreed amount into your account.

What does reconditioned mean?

We replace the old bearings with new, improved bearings that are quieter than the original ones. In addition, these bearings are moisture-proof and dust-proof, which keeps the lubricant in the ball bearings. Our bearings are considerably better than the original ones. This allows the engine to last for years and is even quieter than when it was new.

Revision includes:

Checking and assessing the printed circuit board and ventilation motor (also for imbalance)
Opening the fan motor and removing the old motor bearings (ball bearings)
Ultrasonic cleaning of the parts (if necessary)
Cleaning the housing
Installing 2 new motor bearings (ball bearings)
Balancing and aligning the engine fan
Test running the ventilation motor (1 day)

And we give you a 1-year warranty on the new bearings, but the engine will last for years to come

Prima werkwijze, om onze weggooi cultuur sterk te verminderen. Statiegeld module, stimuleert om het defecte zijnde motor onderdeel te retourneren dus draagt daar goed aan bij.
Gereviseerde unit is niet van nieuw te onderscheiden en kan z'n werk weer volledig aan. Is daarbij duidelijk goedkoper dan een nieuwe.
