PACKING TIPS
The postal service often handles the packages roughly, so it is important to package everything well.
NB!!! When packaging, ensure that the motor plate is firmly secured in a box and must not move in the box. The paddle wheel is
balanced and vulnerable.
Use a sturdy box. If necessary, use some towels, bubble wrap, pillow, etc... to wrap everything properly. Also put a note in the box with your details.

When checking out your order, you can choose insured shipping. This means your shipment is:

Only applicable to packages we ship to you (returns from your end are not covered).
You will pay a small surcharge on top of the normal shipping costs for this. You can activate the insured shipping option during the payment process.
Delivery within the Netherlands

New items
Orders for new items that are in stock are usually shipped within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email after shipment. -
Refurbished products
Refurbished products have a delivery time of 2–3 working days, as they are prepared on request. In most cases, this is faster, depending on how busy we are. -

Your order will be delivered by DHL. DHL will keep you informed of the delivery time via email. On the track-and-trace page, you can view the delivery date, time window, and location, and adjust them if desired:-

Delivery abroad
Delivery outside the Netherlands is no problem at all. Send us an email with the desired products and delivery address, and we will send you a quote and an estimated shipping time.
Delivery
Our items are often of a reasonable size and are usually delivered by truck. It is therefore important that someone is present at the delivery address (yourself or a neighbour/person who can receive the package).
We will inform you by email on which day and within what time frame the delivery will take place, so you can ensure someone is present to receive the package.

Repair overhaul of your ventilation motor motor plate, replace WTW bearings
If your residential ventilation (WTW) box starts to make noise, we can repair this for you. We use new improved bearings that are quieter than the original ones and are also moisture-resistant and dust-proof so that the lubricant remains properly in the ball bearings. Compared to the original bearings, our bearings are much better. The engine can last for years and is also quieter than when it was new.
Overhaul includes:
- Checking and assessing the ventilation motor (also for imbalance)
- Opening the fan motor and removing the old motor bearings (ball bearings)
- Ultrasonic cleaning of the parts (if necessary)
- Cleaning the housing
- Installing 2 new motor bearings (ball bearings)
- Installing new engine rubbers (optional to order, but recommended)
- Balancing and aligning the engine
- Test running the ventilation motor (1 day)
- 1 year warranty on the new bearings
TIP !!! It is advisable to choose new engine rubbers if they are on the engine, this will reduce the vibration of the engine. The strength of the engine rubbers has to withstand a lot over the years.
After registration and payment with us on the website, you will receive a postal address from us where the package should be sent.
Have the motor of a ventilation box repaired, “How does that work”?
The payment is as follows: you pay €85,- revision costs + return shipping costs €7.26 = €92.26
You must arrange and pay for sending the motorcycle to us yourself
Once you have made payment including return shipping costs, you can send the motorcycle. After payment you will receive information from us where you can send it. After repairs, we will send you the engine back, which will take approximately 1 to 2 working days. Don't forget to put your order number and email address in the box so that we know who owns the ventilation box.
You must pack your motorcycle properly yourself (risk of shipping is your own)
If we cannot repair the ventilation box or the costs become too high, we will always contact you first. The checking is free of charge, so there are no additional research costs.
