Tips for packaging when sending

PACKING TIPS

The postal service often handles the packages roughly, so it is important to package everything well.

NB!!! When packaging, ensure that the motor plate is firmly secured in a box and must not move in the box. The paddle wheel is
balanced and vulnerable.

Use a sturdy box. If necessary, use some towels, bubble wrap, pillow, etc... to wrap everything properly. Also put a note in the box with your details.

Delivery in the Netherlands

Most items are shipped within 1 - 2 business days, this of course applies to new items that are in stock. This does not apply to refurbished products, these are refurbished on request and are usually shipped after 2 - 3 business days. In reality, it is often faster, but it depends a bit on how busy we are. You can have your order delivered to your home or work address. The order will be delivered by DHL. Deliveries abroad

Deliveries abroad are no problem. Send us an email with what you want to order and where it should go and we will give you a quote.

Replacement energy efficient DC motor plate.

With this replacement motor plate you can make your home fan more economical and quieter.

Can also be used in any other CMF and Boxstream housing, making it a very energy-efficient replacement for your old AC motor.

Any existing RF receiver board can easily be transferred to the new board so that your wireless RF transmitters continue to work!!

Do you have an old motorcycle plate that still works or partly works? We are happy to recycle it for you!

How does it work?

Order: Place an order for the new engine plate, which we will then deliver to your home.
Contact: Send a WhatsApp message to 0332022039 or an email to info @ventilatieservicecenter.nl with a description of the motor plate you want to hand in. Based on this we will make you a suitable offer.
Return: Send the old engine plate to us, and include a note with your contact details.
Payment: As soon as we receive the motorcycle plate, we will deposit the agreed amount into your account.

What does reconditioned mean?

We put in new bearings that are quieter than the original ones and are also moisture-proof and dust-proof so that the lubricant stays well in the ball bearings. Compared to the original bearings, our bearings are much better. The engine can last for years and is also quieter than when it was new.

Revision includes:

Cleaning, checking and assessing the printed circuit board and ventilation motor
Opening the fan motor and removing the motor bearings (ball bearings)
Installing 2 new motor bearings (ball bearings)
Balancing the engine fan
Testing the ventilation motor

And we give you a 1-year warranty on the new bearings, but the engine will last for years to come

Het bestellen ging soepel en de gereviseerde Buva Boxstream type 2 motordeel was snel in huis. Het omwisselen was eenvoudig en toen deze was ingebouwd hoorde ik geen geluid bij de ventilator. Mijn eerste reactie was: "ik heb een defect exemplaar ontvangen". Maar dit gereviseerde motor deel is gewoon fluisterstil! Het was elke euro meer dan waard.

Je betaald 25 euro statiegeld voor het motordeel wat je terugkrijgt als je de oude retour stuurt. Blijkbaar had ik deze naar het verkeerde adres gestuurd, het adres dat op de site staat. Het retouradres is blijkbaar anders. Uiteindelijk is het allemaal goed gekomen en heb ik mijn 25 euro statiegeld terug ontvangen.

Ik kan Ventilatie Service Center zeker aanbevelen.

Makkelijk zelf te vervangen. Wel even opletten dat er een nieuwe print in zit en mijn stekker niet direct op de print gezet kon worden ivm een andere aansluiting

Snel geleverd. Installatie ook erg makkelijk door de filmpjes op de site. Het was echt plug and play. Nadat ik de stekker in het stopcontact deed was er even twijfel of de motor wel draaide. Zo stil. Aanmelden bij de verschillende bedieningsunits was niet eens nodig in ons geval. Het werkte direct. Ik kan dit iedereen aanbevelen. (Nu bijna 1 week in bedrijf)
