PACKING TIPS

The postal service often handles the packages roughly, so it is important to package everything well.

NB!!! When packaging, ensure that the motor plate is firmly secured in a box and must not move in the box. The paddle wheel is
balanced and vulnerable.

Use a sturdy box. If necessary, use some towels, bubble wrap, pillow, etc... to wrap everything properly. Also put a note in the box with your details.

Delivery and shipping

Insured Shipping

When checking out your order, you can choose insured shipping. This means your shipment is:

Fully protected against damage, loss, or theft during transit.
Offers a 100% payment guarantee; you are assured of a refund if something unexpectedly goes wrong with the delivery.
Only applicable to packages we ship to you (returns from your end are not covered).

Delivery within the Netherlands

New items
Orders for new items that are in stock are usually shipped within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email after shipment.
Refurbished products
Refurbished products have a delivery time of 2–3 working days, as they are prepared on request. In most cases, this is faster, depending on how busy we are.
Delivery and tracking
Your order will be delivered by DHL. DHL will keep you informed of the delivery time via email. On the track-and-trace page, you can view the delivery date, time window, and location, and adjust them if desired:

Delivery abroad

Delivery outside the Netherlands is no problem at all. Send us an email with the desired products and delivery address, and we will send you a quote and an estimated shipping time.

Delivery

Our items are often of a reasonable size and are usually delivered by truck. It is therefore important that someone is present at the delivery address (yourself or a neighbour/person who can receive the package).

PLEASE NOTE!! If you order this motor plate as an upgrade for the old model, and you have an old motor plate type 1 (from Stork or Buva), you must order an additional cable because the old cable will not fit this motor plate.

This replacement motor plate will make your home ventilation unit more economical and quieter.

Also applicable in any other CMF and Boxstream housing, making it a very energy-efficient replacement for your old AC motor.

Any existing RF receiver board can be easily transferred to the new circuit board so that your wireless RF transmitters continue to work!!
