- Normal wear and tear from years of use.
- Dirt or dust around rotating parts.

- Imbalance of fan or motor.
- Prolonged motor load.
Overhaul or complete replacement?
For many Inventum ventilation motors, worn bearings can be replaced during an overhaul. This often prevents the need to replace the entire ventilation unit or HRV unit immediately.
