PACKING TIPS
The postal service often handles the packages roughly, so it is important to package everything well.
NB!!! When packaging, ensure that the motor plate is firmly secured in a box and must not move in the box. The paddle wheel is
balanced and vulnerable.
Use a sturdy box. If necessary, use some towels, bubble wrap, pillow, etc... to wrap everything properly. Also put a note in the box with your details.

When checking out your order, you can choose insured shipping. This means your shipment is:

New items
Orders for new items that are in stock are usually shipped within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email after shipment. -
Refurbished products
Refurbished products have a delivery time of 2–3 working days, as they are prepared on request. In most cases, this is faster, depending on how busy we are. -
Delivery and tracking
Your order will be delivered by DHL. DHL will keep you informed of the delivery time via email. On the track-and-trace page, you can view the delivery date, time window, and location, and adjust them if desired:-

PLEASE NOTE!! if you order this motor plate as an upgrade for the old model and you have an old motor plate type 1 from (Stork or Buva), you will need to order a new cord because the old cord does not fit this motor plate.
With this replacement motor plate, you make your home ventilation system more economical and quieter.
Also applicable in any other CMF and Boxstream housing, thus a very energy-efficient replacement for your old AC motor.

- Stork CMFe, CMF-14 and CMF-14T
- Buva boxstream
- Zehnder Comfofan
Any existing RF receiver board can be easily transferred to the new circuit board so that your wireless RF transmitters continue to function!!
