What does the overhaul involve? (For standard and premium overhaul)

• Inspection and assessment of the ventilation motor (including unbalance check)
• Disassembly of the motor and removal of old ball bearings
• Ultrasonic cleaning of parts (if necessary)
  
• Installation of two new high-quality ball bearings
  
• Balancing and alignment of the motor
• Test run of the motor for one day

TIP! If your motor is equipped with motor mounts, it is advisable to replace them with new ones. Worn motor mounts can cause excessive vibrations, while new mounts ensure better damping and a more stable motor.

2. Shipping to us
   After payment, you will receive the shipping address by e-mail. (address is at the bottom of the order confirmation)
   The costs for sending it to us are at your expense.
3. Don't forget:
   Add a note in the box with your order number and e-mail address.
4. After repair
   We will return the overhauled motor within 1 to 2 working days.

Please note:

Proper packaging is your responsibility. Ensure that the motor plate is securely packed and the impeller is well protected from shocks.

What if repair is not possible?

If we find that the motor cannot be repaired or that the costs are too high, we will always contact you first. The inspection is free of charge – so you do not pay any investigation fees.
