PACKING TIPS

The postal service often handles the packages roughly, so it is important to package everything well.

NB!!! When packaging, ensure that the motor plate is firmly secured in a box and must not move in the box. The paddle wheel is
balanced and vulnerable.

Use a sturdy box. If necessary, use some towels, bubble wrap, pillow, etc... to wrap everything properly. Also put a note in the box with your details.

What does reconditioned mean?

We put in new improved bearings that are quieter than the original ones and are also moisture-proof and dust-proof so that the lubricant stays well in the ball bearings. Compared to the original bearings, our bearings are much better. The engine can last for years and is also quieter than when it was new.

Revision includes:

Cleaning, checking and assessing the printed circuit board and ventilation motor
Opening the fan motor and removing the motor bearings (ball bearings)
Installing 2 new motor bearings (ball bearings)
Balancing the engine fan
Testing the ventilation motor

Top product, duidelijke en zeer snelle communicatie en service

Op zoek naar een vervanger voor mijn rammelende mechanische ventilatiebox kwam ik op het spoor van Ventilatie Service Center. In het kader van circulariteit sprak mij het kopen van een gereviseerd apparaat direct aan. Op de vraag die ik stelde via Whatsapp kreeg ik zeer snel antwoord, inclusief een link naar het juiste apparaat in de webshop. Per ongeluk bestelde ik er één met een gewone stekker, terwijl ik een perilex stekker nodig had. Snel geappt, en het werd gewoon aangepast, want de bestelling was nog niet de deur uit. Voor mijn oude apparaat kreeg ik zelfs 'statiegeld' en leuk om te weten dat het apparaat met nieuwe lagers waarschijnlijk iemand anders weer blij gaat maken. Top bedrijf!
