PACKING TIPS
The postal service often handles the packages roughly, so it is important to package everything well.
NB!!! When packaging, ensure that the motor plate is firmly secured in a box and must not move in the box. The paddle wheel is
balanced and vulnerable.
Use a sturdy box. If necessary, use some towels, bubble wrap, pillow, etc... to wrap everything properly. Also put a note in the box with your details.

Orders for new items that are in stock are usually shipped within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email after shipment. -

Refurbished products have a delivery time of 2–3 working days, as they are prepared on request. In most cases, this is faster, depending on how busy we are. -

Q-STREAM RESIDENTIAL FAN
The BUVA Vital Air System is an easy-to-use, maintenance-friendly and energy-efficient ventilation system. The Vital Air System consists of a BUVA residential fan from the Q-Stream series, in combination with self-regulating ventilation grilles from the 'Stream' series. The Vital Air System can be used in both new construction and existing construction. With the new equivalence declarations, the BUVA systems once again perform as the best in the market in the field of EPC reduction. With our time-controlled system, we even perform better than comparable CO2 systems. With the BUVA ventilation systems, you are therefore assured of the highest EPC reduction with the lowest investment per EPC point.
The Q-Stream is an easy to install, energy-efficient and quiet residential fan. The maximum capacity is 365 m³/h with a duct resistance of 200 Pa. The residential fan is equipped with a balanced, quiet and vibration-free EC motor. This ensures minimal noise production. In the highest position, the noise production is 58 dB(A), the noise that can still be heard in a living space (such as a bedroom) from the ventilation system remains well below the requirement of 30 dB(A) set in the Building Decree.
The Q-Stream has 6 standard connections and is equipped with quick couplings to which the ducts can be attached. The quick coupling with the duct can then be connected airtight to the home ventilator.

What does reconditioned mean?
- Checking and assessing the printed circuit board and fan motor (including checking for imbalance)
- Opening the ventilation motor and removing the old ball bearings.
- Ultrasonic cleaning of the parts, if necessary.
- Installing two new ball bearings in the engine.
- Balancing and aligning the engine fan.
- If necessary, installing new vibration dampers.
- Test running the ventilation motor for one day.
