PACKING TIPS

The postal service often handles the packages roughly, so it is important to package everything well.

NB!!! When packaging, ensure that the motor plate is firmly secured in a box and must not move in the box. The paddle wheel is
balanced and vulnerable.

Use a sturdy box. If necessary, use some towels, bubble wrap, pillow, etc... to wrap everything properly. Also put a note in the box with your details.

Most items are shipped within 1 - 2 business days, this of course applies to new items that are in stock. This does not apply to refurbished products, these are refurbished on request and are usually shipped after 2 - 3 business days.
