Technical functionality always comes first. The difference between categories mainly lies in age, packaging, cosmetic condition, and any professional refurbishment of the product.
New
A completely new product that has not been used before. The product is delivered in its original or corresponding packaging.

Second Chance
A product that may have damaged packaging, an opened box, or minimal cosmetic signs of use. Its functionality has been checked and is fully in order.

Used
A second-hand product that has been used before and may show visible signs of use. The product has been functionally checked and is suitable for normal use.
