PACKING TIPS

The postal service often handles the packages roughly, so it is important to package everything well.

NB!!! When packaging, ensure that the motor plate is firmly secured in a box and must not move in the box. The paddle wheel is
balanced and vulnerable.

Use a sturdy box. If necessary, use some towels, bubble wrap, pillow, etc... to wrap everything properly. Also put a note in the box with your details.

Delivery in the Netherlands

Most items are shipped within 1 - 2 business days, this of course applies to new items that are in stock. This does not apply to refurbished products, these are refurbished on request and are usually shipped after 2 - 3 business days. In reality, it is often faster, but it depends a bit on how busy we are. You can have your order delivered to your home or work address. The order will be delivered by DHL. Deliveries abroad are no problem. Send us an email with what you want to order and where it should go and we will give you a quote.

Box sensor DucoBox Silent

Box sensor can be installed very easily and quickly and provides CO2 measurement in an air duct. This is connected directly to the printed circuit board. This means that no cabling for room sensors needs to be provided.

A DucoBox Silent can contain a maximum of two box sensors – one CO2 Box sensor and/or one Moisture Box sensor – each of which can be clicked separately into a specific duct opening or together into one duct opening of the DucoBox.

CO2 Box sensor
The exhaust duct of the living room/open kitchen can be equipped with a CO2-controlled box sensor, which is quickly and easily clicked into the relevant duct of the DucoBox Silent. This continuously monitors the indoor climate and ensures that the polluted air (at a ppm > 800 ppm) is extracted.
