PACKING TIPS
The postal service often handles the packages roughly, so it is important to package everything well.
NB!!! When packaging, ensure that the motor plate is firmly secured in a box and must not move in the box. The paddle wheel is
balanced and vulnerable.
Use a sturdy box. If necessary, use some towels, bubble wrap, pillow, etc... to wrap everything properly. Also put a note in the box with your details.

Insured Shipping
When checking out your order, you can choose insured shipping. This means your shipment is:

Delivery within the Netherlands

New items
Orders for new items that are in stock are usually shipped within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email after shipment. -
Refurbished products
Refurbished products have a delivery time of 2–3 working days, as they are prepared on request. In most cases, this is faster, depending on how busy we are. -

Your order will be delivered by DHL. DHL will keep you informed of the delivery time via email. On the track-and-trace page, you can view the delivery date, time window, and location, and adjust them if desired:-

Delivery outside the Netherlands is no problem at all. Send us an email with the desired products and delivery address, and we will send you a quote and an estimated shipping time.

Our items are often of a reasonable size and are usually delivered by truck. It is therefore important that someone is present at the delivery address (yourself or a neighbour/person who can receive the package).
We will inform you by email on which day and within what time frame the delivery will take place, so you can ensure someone is present to receive the package.

The Zehnder ComfoValve Luna S125 supply valve enables comfortable ventilation. Thanks to its optimised outflow behaviour (Coanda effect), the valve meets the highest comfort and sound requirements, and also features an understated, attractive design. The Zehnder ComfoValve Luna S125 is suitable for installation in ceilings and walls. The integrated rubber seal allows the valve to be installed easily and airtight. The valve can be adjusted to the required air volume without tools using the rotationally flow-optimised valve cone, which saves time during installation and commissioning. The air volume setting is locked with the specially developed "locker" to prevent unintentional changes to the setting. Regardless of the set air volume, the height of the valve always remains 30 mm, so that the valves integrate uniformly and discreetly into any interior.
